Its quick, easy and starts my morning off with a little sweet but grounded.
- Papaya cut in half (try to find organic--in the northeast US, this isn't always so easy, but you can really taste the difference!)
- A handful of shredded coconut (I like to eat it from the brand 'Lets Do Organic!' --it is bagged and fresh. I get it at Whole Foods and I've seen it in lots of little health food stores, too. I like it MUCH better than bulk shredded coconut because the coconut oil inside the flakes stays fresh and does not turn rancid by being exposed to the air.
- A sprinkiing of cacao nibs! (Who says you can't have chocolate for breakfast :) Okay, maybe not for EVERY morning, but there was a time this was my daily breakfast...and it helped me start my day out VERY happy!
